As we inch closer to the last quarter, the middle school students are continuing to work hard on grammar and writing skills.  Likewise, we are preparing for the upcoming assessments in March and April.  There is still much work that lies ahead…

 

All three grades will be addressing the following curriculum objectives as we inch closer to May:

 

·         Parts of speech review

·         Sentence structure and essay writing

·         Sentence diagramming

·         Public speaking skills (speech delivery)

 

 

My hope is that the students will continue to grow academically as they prepare to move on to their next grade level.  I know they have all grown so much this school year.  Prayer, focus, and determination will bring them through this upcoming assessment period.
